3. Product Orders and Shipping

a. All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. Winter Merch reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.

b. The production, inventory management, printing, and shipment of products are handled by Printful, our designated print-on-demand partner. Please refer to Printful's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more information about their services.

c. Winter Merch is not responsible for any delays, errors, or damages caused during the printing, shipping, or delivery process. Any issues related to product quality, delivery, or returns should be directed to Printful's customer support.

4. Pricing and Payment

a. All prices for products available on the Site are displayed in the designated currency and are subject to change without notice.

b. Payment for products purchased through the Site is processed securely via Shopify's payment gateway or any other designated payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize the charges for your order.

c. Winter Merch is not responsible for any unauthorized charges, fraudulent activities, or errors in payment processing. Please contact the payment processor directly for any payment-related issues.

5. Returns and Refunds

a. Winter Merch strives to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Printful's customer support within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return or refund.

c. In addition to Printful's policies, please note that Winter Merch does not offer returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Size Issues: If the size of the product doesn't fit.
  • Personal Preference: If you didn't like the product.
  • Order Errors: If you ordered the wrong item.
  • Change of Mind: If you changed your mind about the purchase.
  • Incorrect Address: If you provided the wrong shipping address.

If you believe that none of these cases apply to your situation and you have a valid reason for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will review your case. 

Please note: Winter Merch retains the right to evaluate the return request and issue a refund at its sole discretion. We assess each situation on a case-by-case basis to find the most appropriate resolution. Please understand that we do not consider buyer’s remorse as a valid reason for returns.
